Iron Atlas TCG – Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship all orders quickly and efficiently. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Select international countries

If your location is unavailable at checkout, please contact us.

International Orders:
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not included in your order total.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed next business day

  • During high-demand periods (launches, breaks, holidays), processing may be delayed


3. Live Break Orders

For live stream (“break”) purchases:

  • Orders are shipped after the live break is completed

  • Multiple purchases may be combined into one shipment

  • Orders may be held temporarily for combined shipping at our discretion


4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Domestic (U.S.):

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 1–3 business days

International:

  • Standard: 7–21 business days

  • Expedited: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

We may offer free shipping promotions periodically.


6. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.


7. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather or external events

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect address information


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned:

  • Reshipping costs must be paid by the customer


9. Risk of Loss

All orders become the responsibility of the customer once transferred to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as “Delivered”

  • Theft after delivery


10. Insurance & Signature

  • Orders over a certain value may require signature confirmation

  • Additional insurance may be included at our discretion


11. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier

We do not guarantee replacement or refund for carrier-related issues but will work with you toward a resolution.


12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused

  • Unclaimed

  • Returned to sender

The customer is responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees

  • Any applicable restocking fees


13. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified after processing

  • Address changes must be requested immediately

  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled
