Iron Atlas TCG – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Iron Atlas TCG! We are committed to providing high-quality Pokémon cards and collectibles. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unopened and sealed in original packaging

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns to cover processing, payment, and handling costs.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened booster packs, boxes, or sealed products

  • Mystery packs, bundles, or “Bank Bags”

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Any item not in original condition

4. Live Breaks & Opened Products (IMPORTANT)

All products opened during a live stream (“breaks”) are FINAL SALE.

By purchasing a live break, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Your product will be opened on stream

  • All sales are final once opened

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will review and provide a replacement or resolution if applicable.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label

7. Order Cancellations

  • A 10% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders

  • Orders cannot be canceled once:

    • Opened on stream

    • Processed

    • Shipped

8. Fraud & Abuse Protection

Iron Atlas TCG reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or claims in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of this policy.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
